Yes you can! When you want to enroll in a class just click the “Enroll Now” button and it will be automatically added to your cart. You can add as many different classes as you want and you can complete your enrollment on the purchase page.

Currently we don’t have multiple enrollments for a course. When you enroll in a class you have unlimited access to the class content so there wouldn’t be a need to enroll in a class more than once. If you have friends who would be interested in enrolling in the class they’ll need to create their own accounts.

First, don’t panic, we’re going to get through this together.

Next, you can start by checking to see if you received a confirmation email. The confirmation email is the best way to know if your information was received. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox check your spam folder to make sure it hasn’t gone in there. If you can’t find the email there’s a good chance that the purchase didn’t go through. Check out the answer to why that might be here.

Here are a few common solutions that you can also try to solve your problem.

  1. Make sure all the information you’ve entered is correct. The most common reason for a payment not going through is a typo.
  2. At this time we only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  3. Have you already purchased the class? You cannot purchase the same class more than once so make sure you aren’t already enrolled in the class.

Easy! When your video is playing you can just hover over the video and the video chrome (bar at the bottom) will appear. On the top right corner of the chrome you will see a white icon that you can select to transform your video into full-screen mode.

To exit full-screen mode you can click the same button again or just tap the escape button on your keyboard.

Uh-oh that doesn’t sound good. The video should be playing – it’s what we do! It’s good to check a few things that you can do to fix the problem.

  1. Check your browser. Having a supported browser is the best way to access your class. Head here to see if you have the supported browser.
  2. Check your internet connection. A weak internet connection will sometimes cause the videos to load slowly or slow down.

If your browser is updated and internet connection is fine, then there’s a good chance we might be experiencing some technical difficulties. Send us an email at support@creatingstems.com and we’ll be sure to check it out.

  3. Clear your cache. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix the issue.

Unfortunately you cannot download the video lessons to your computer. The good news, however, is that with your lifetime access you can watch the classes at any time.

Once you’ve enrolled in a class you can find your class content in the Student Area under “My Enrolled Classes”. 

To navigate from a different page to your classes, click on the Student Area in the navigation bar and select the class you’d like to view in the drop down menu under “My Enrolled Classes.

Once you are on your class page you will find the Class Outline for your class to the left(or at the bottom on mobile). Select the lesson you’d like to view and you’ll be navigated to the selected lesson where you can view content and participate in the lesson discussion.

Oh no! We’re sorry to see you go. If there’s an issue with the Creating Stems site or a course you’ve been taking, please try reaching out to us at support@creatingstems.com. We’ll do our best to help you out. If you would still like to delete your account it’s very easy. Head on over to your student area and select the “Delete Account” button in the bottom left corner. Confirm you’d like to delete the account and you’re all done.

Your account can be managed in much the same way you would manage your account with a desktop or laptop computer. Simply click on the “Student Area” and all your info and settings will be there.

Easy! First go to your student area and under your profile pic under account you will see “Change Password”
There you will be required to type in your new password. When you’re done click the “Update Password” button and you will have a brand new password.

Profiles are fun, but only when they tell us who you are, which is why we’ve made your profile customizable.

To edit your profile head to the student area and click on “View Profile”

To edit your profile picture, click on the settings icon that’s in the right-hand corner and click “edit profile” You can upload any supported image from your computer or Facebook by clicking on the camera icon in the picture area.

You can also add any bio information you wish to the profile. You can type in whatever you want in each input box. When you’re done, click the “Update Profile” button and your new profile information will be saved!

Each class is designed to be taken individually, and not ideal for group viewings. Your enrollment grants you lifetime access to the course and its materials, so while you do not need to keep your class a secret, we ask that students do not copy or redistribute the materials in any way.

How Do Courses Work?

CreatingStems.com is an immersive online experience, which gives everyone the opportunity to learn from the most talented musicians and producers in the industry. Every class was created by the instructor and includes extensive pre-recorded video content.

Periodically, CreatingStems.com may have opportunities for students to submit work to instructors for critique. When those opportunities come around, students will be notified via email with instructions and details.

Instructors will have an “Office Hours” section in their course wherein students can submit questions in the form of text or video recording. Instructors will review these questions at a later time and post answers to questions that they feel best represent what students are asking.
